honestly that is a really good diet. if you eat thing with a lot of sugar, that makes u more likely to break out. but everything on that list is fine.
if it still doesnt clear up, use clearasil, or neutrogena acne stress control. they both work amazingly!

I believe it’s been Scientifically proven that genetic predestination determines wether or not you will suffer from acne!.
But the Old Myth that too Much Sugar and junk food with saturated fat consumption are the cause of acne on human skin!
Fresh Fruit and lots of water will help most peoples skin regardless!

The brackets are the foods that are brillant for you, you should stay away from:
*pasta, * peanut butter
*vinger!! *sugar-if you can cut a handful down!
Drink more water, and try to exsersize and sweat of all the salt which doesnt help if you have blocked pores
Try new foods and doing that, cut off some that you LOVE and wouldnt live without-I cut off pasta, white bread, meat and I changed to tuna, nuts, sugary lollipops ,green tea instead

Yes sounds good, I would try and drink more water though. At least 2 litres a day if you can.

just wash your face twice a day (at least, more if greasy), treat blemishes w/ acne gel, don’t touch your face w/ hands/fingers, keep hair off face, and change pillowcases twice a week.

Clearing up acne has nothing to do with the food you consume. Please don’t listen to that person who said that green apples are sweet – they’re not. They’re tart, red apples are sweet. I’m sorry, I just had to say that. Anyway, that is a very good meal plan to keep a healthy life, however it won’t clear up your acne. You need face medications to do that.

Mild acne is caused by clogged pores. Your menu is okay, but you still need to eat proteins beside peanut butter. Eating healthy is not that hard and doesn’t have to be so restricted. Grilled chicken and grilled veggies are excellent. You really need to look at your skin care regimen. Washing your face with a mild soap is important. Harsh soaps can clog the pores. Use an exfoliating cream to help lose the dead skin and get deeper into the pores. You may want to do an at home Micro derm abrasion scrub. I like the Neutrogena product. You can use it every 2 weeks.

probably you should stay away from the peanut butter… in my case, that’s what causes me pimples
