i always find my acne xlears up when i drink a lot of water and eat fresh fruits and vegies as opposed to processed foods. My skin almost completely cleared up doing this, then I went on holidays and used a lot of sunscreen and it all came back. so steer clear of oil based products and keep your skin clean.
What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.
