Hi,

I would suggest you look at Clean&Clear brand. They are really good and really work. I used to use them - no need anymore, and they really worked. Worth having a look.

Well I found this product the other day and its far different from anything that iv ever seen or tried before. Its a acne skin care system formulated to treat acne from the inside-out. The Acnezine Solution is not just another topical acne treatment product. It is an entire skin care management system that finds the source of your acne and not only heals the blemishes you have, but also treats future outbreaks that you don't even see yet!

People with moderate to severe inflammatory acne may be treated with prescription topical or oral medicines, alone or in combination.
Prescription Topical Medicines

Several types of prescription topical medicines are used to treat acne. They include:

    * Antibiotics – help stop or slow the growth of bacteria and reduce inflammation
    * Vitamin A derivatives (retinoids) – unplug existing comedones (plural of comedo), allowing other topical medicines, such as antibiotics, to enter the follicles. Some may also help decrease the formation of comedones. These drugs contain an altered form of vitamin A. Some examples are tretinoin (Retin-A2), adapalene (Differin), and tazarotene (Tazorac)
    * Others – may destroy P. acnes and reduce oil production or help stop or slow the growth of bacteria and reduce inflammation. Some examples are prescription strength Benzoyl peroxide, sodium sulfacetamide/sulfur-containing products, or Azelaic acid (Azelex).

The best brand is an expensive brand as far as I know. There are natural alternatives however.

Avoid letting your face touching a certain fabric. Keep your diet balanced.

There are natural creams which you can find in stores or markets depending on where you live. I can tell you more specifically what type of creams but it would cost you as good advice is valuable. There is also a kind of juice that helps.

I think the answer may be different for everyone. I tried dozens of different skin care systems, most of which were absurdly expensive and this one was the only one that worked. It also happens to be really cheap compared with most of the others, and it's all pure, organic stuff:

Pro Activ is good while your using it, it makes your skin very soft and is good with acne. HOWEVER, once you run out, your skin is suddenly lacking an ingredient thats in pro activ, so unless you buy more, you will break out more than you were before.
I use clean and clear. Works really good for me.
Also a good way to help acne is to keep your skin nice and clean, washing it in the morning, at night and whenever, and don't use products that can clog pores.
Hope this helps!

There is no right reply here because all faces differ.
The key is to sticking to the products AM and PM and doing a wash, toner and spot treating the blemishes -

Proactive
Skin ID
Clinique
Murad.
