All the suggestions and solutions are good but problem is that everyones skin reacts differentley… Personally i just changed my diet abit- cut choclate things with soluble fats in them, this helped alot =]

lol, I drank milk all my life all the time and I never had acne bad at all only a few in my life… Maybe it’s just in your head? or on your face, lol. Meaning it’s in your mind.

* Little known tip: Assuming you’re not allergic to ibuprofen, try taking Advil to help reduce the inflammation and pain when you get big ones. Just make sure you don’t exceed the recommended dosage on the label. It really did make a difference with me, reducing some of the redness and swelling.
i get a few spots and sometimes really fucking big ones that hurt like **** usually along my jawline and me chin, but i found usually they look worse when im looking at them coz im thinking about it so much, trust me to other people they dont seem to realise em that much, theyre not as bad as u think in ur head

dont feel bad your not alone. its been like 6 years i had pretty messed up acne and since then i dont look at my self at a mirror no more than 2 feet close to it. if your wondering, i still remember an unbelievable breakout i had like two years ago (23pimples, half of them were huge painful cysts). dont we just hate those sudden acne explosions? but normally i would get like 8 or 9 pimples. dont worry ill keep praying for eveyrone thats desperate about this (myself included) to win this “battle”

no, i don’t think so. i used to have acne, but it got better with meds, i didn’t stop using dairy products at any point, so i don’t think that it affects on your skin that much.. not mine at least. i still drink milk everyday, and the acne hasn’t come back.
