You can't rely only on that. I mean eating healthy and exercising is one ( and not a very important one) aspect in clearing acne up but you need acne products and some times anti-biotics prescribed from an MD. Acne is not just washing your face and eating fruits. You got it all wrong buddy lol.. This is a very serious skin condition that is very complex. So it is easy for people who dont have any idea about acne to say, "eat fruits and do this!" You obviously dont know anything about acne. You can’t rely only on that. I and I have been healthy my whole life besides the acne. I actual feel like an idiot because I could have avoided a lot of scaring.
