yea ur right… eating too much sugar… but srubbing it in would really irritate it dont you think? have you just tried natural honey everyday for a week?
@aerosmithica lol.. I think the acne is from EATING too much sugar…but my problem is acne on my cheeks and forehead and VERY VERY VERY dry and scaly skin around my mouth and just under one of my eyes. It has been peeling and really tight and splotchy.. So I used honey for moisturizing and some packets of raw sugar for the exfoliating of the dry dead patches.
@EbonyNewsChannel- uhh…. scrub?? sugar??? . its NATURAL HONEY… you gently massage …and you dont scrub.. that will aggravate it and sugar is a cause of acne if eaten too much.. of course your gona get acne if your scrubbig sugar into your face
I just used honey & sugar to scrub my skin the other day & got more acne AFTER the fact! lol.

wtf? does the lady even have acne? NO.
how many people realize honey is bee spit? “oh, it gives you a smooth skin” so does bat doo doo. people can be fooled by anything these days and will believe every buIIshit they can think of.
Only kind that works! Organic raw honey has 21 amino acids and tons of minerals. Pure honey from grocery store has zero.

even better make a honey cleanser to use both day & night.
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup glycerin
1-2 tbs of liquid soap
combine well, put in a bottle pump type bottle..it makes approx 100ml. truss me does wonders for scars & acne.

so my verdict
I’ve been using it for about a month now. I’ve had redness/acne prone area on my chin for 2 years(that’s cuz I didn’t bother to fix it for while hehe) but I avoided all those products and went with honey first – and it did wonders! IT HAS REALLY WORKED FOR ME! It’s good for preventing acne as well! It’s cheap and effective =)
