This CO2 is manufactured by the original maker of CO2 technology. The fraxel is a copy cat system with lesser effective results. Medical devices are different just like a Mercedes is different from an Isuzu. In addition to having the right technology you must have the right experience!

Dermabrassion is a ex-foliating technique with mirco crystals. Some doctors have very aggressive medical grade systems that work the best. We do not use micro dermabrassion to treat acne scars b/c it is simply not that effective compared to laser resurfacing, We do supplement laser treatments with microderm from time to time.
No laser treatments do not cause pre-mature aging, in fact they are used to reverse the effects of ageing skin.
