Is Bio Oil effective in treating acne scars?

I’m 16 and am sooo frustrated with acne scars on my face, mainly my forehead. It seems every time I get a pimple, it leaves behind a smalI scar. It’s actually not that bad, just mild. I was thinking of buying Bio Oil. Is it effective in treating my problem???? thanks! : )
I don’t pop them, the scar just comes when the pimple goes away.

first of all.. DON’T pop your pimples.
I’ve never heard of Bio oil.
but Vitamin E works. the liquid kind, just rub it on your scar. it should work for new scars, but not so great on old scar.

I had cystic acne and very BAD scars. Find a Mary kay rep in your area and ask for Velocity Cleanser and Moisturizer, YES!!! Even Moisturizer. It will prevent pimples and remove scars. I actually became a consultant because EVERYONE kept asking me what I was using. My skin cleared up and looks great. Go to Marykay.com and enter your zip they’ll give you the name of someone close to you. PS, it only cost $10 for cleanser and $12 for moist. you can’t beat it.

I am not sure about bio oil – find a mild dermabrasion scrub and use it once a week on a clean face.
See if it helps and take e, a and c orally – be careful if you have acne the oils may be to “thick” for your face – use a pure and natural product – (Arbonne, berts bee, aveeno)
and Booths makes a harsh scrub but it’s all natural this may help the scars. I found it at Rite Aid – and love the product and find it helps clear away a lot of “dead” cells.. on top of using wonderful facial products it’s helped.
