How do i get rid of htese acne type bumps on my chest?

Benzoyl peroxide works too. You can buy it at walgreens. Or any other convenience store. If it gets too serious, you should consult a dermatologist.
it is recommended that a Salicylic Acid soap be used. It contains beta hydroxy, which is used not only for the inflammationof acne, but is also effective at removing dead skin cells. Products like Clearisil and Pro Active have benzoyl peroxide in them. Benzoyl peroxide works by increasing the amount of oxygen in the pores. Acne cannot survive when there is an abundance of oxygen in the pores they are attempting to attack. If the form of body acne is severe, a prescription will be needed for treatment by a dermatologist. Some of the more common prescriptions are for antibiotics, Retin-A and Accutane.
Keep that area clean, in the shower, use warm water and washcloth or loofah and some face wash to treat it.
Keep it dry. If you start to sweat in that area it could cause breakouts. Make sure you wash after exercise or dry off with a towel well exercising.
Stop using any perfume or lotion that you’ve recently started using. You might have a sensitivity to it.
Drink more water.
Wear cotton or other natural breathable fabrics most of the time.
use blackhead scrub on it. or any kind of scrub that has little beads in it. it took out almost all of mine.
