Wy is acne a predominately westernized? Did you know that all meats and dairy (aside from pork and poultry that is passed by USDA regulations) contains outrageous amounts of added growth hormones? It

t doesn’t matter if the milk jug says “no added growth hormones,” that simply means there are no added growth hormones which are BEYOND regulation. Regulation REQUIRES you to use growth hormones.

Did you know in Europe, and most every other country, hormones are illegal? Except the USA..

I have been so many sever acnes,
I’ve tried many products, but now I’m warned to be consistant, only use one product

As long as my experience, u will cure better from the inside (keeping food, health) than outside (treatment)

If you dont eat so much fast food and chocolates and that kinda stuffs, and drink water and do exercise (it can be a running for example =) – you dont have to spend money and if you go with a friend is fun) it really hepl***

I totally agree, now a days it’s really hard to keep eating healthy, but once you stick at it for a long time eating healthy just comes naturally, which is a really big achievement for me… and I’ve seen so much improvement in my acne too. I feel like I can finally live again and feel good about myself!!
