I have used maca as well. As a vata dosha the heat it adds is probably helpful for me. Well, fish oil is rancid poisonous crap in my opinion as a vegan. I would suggest looking into flax seed oil which is the highest source of Omega 3 fats in the world.

I love maca. I think it’s one of the best herbs out there.
I’m on a cleansing diet of Hemp seed, Maca, Cacao powder and Barleygrass now. Hardly eating anything else. Feel awesome

Thank you. There is too much propaganda on maca. I think that you will not find a miracle cure for acne. It will be a combination of optimizing your health so that your body can reguate it self. Included would be eating nutrient rich foods, exersize, healthy sun exposure, positive thinking.

I realy would like to know more on the Indian & chinese methods of treatment of acne. I have tried Macca capsuals ,that you recommended in a recent vidio post. At first it worked for about 2 weeks, and then I was totaly broken out more than ever with hudge cyst like bumps under the skin. I have had like one or two in the past but never like that. So I stoped taking it. So please let me know. ok Thanks, Jen

Fran, I’m so grateful I found your videos here. I’m starting to feel like there is hope for me to have clear skin.
Could you be kind enough and tell where you get all these products (premular, primose oil, maca, castor oil) it’ll be so helpful to have this information listed in the description box.
i think finding your videos and learning more about acne from them has made me one step closer to clear skin
thank you so much for the effort and time you put into making these videos.

tanning damages your skin and makes it more prone to acne. You need natural sunlight with the protection from some kind of sunblock to make sure you get vitamin D and such.

I am male and I am taking Maca too since many months, at the beginning I felt a bit aggressive, but now I am feeling great with Maca. My skin also got better, but that is also due to much more sports, I think you take the wrong supplements, I do not trust those pills and to less. I take three tee spoons a day, the more bitter the Maca is the better. Please try again with pure Maca powder from dried roots. It is really good against mood swings and depression, because it balances your hormones

dont touch ur face, go tanning twice a week for fifteen minutes or more (i go thirtyfour mins, but i live in scandinavia so the dose of sun u get is more limited)dont wear fooundation whatsoever, i have bareidminerals but i only use it if im goint out in the weekend, because i think that stuff clogs ur pores as well. Try not to stay outside in freezing weather for to long, and try only going out once a week. Products dont help, not even md formulations. I would know. But seriousely, go tanning!

Haha, I love how when you say something that ends with the “O” sound (so, for exp.) there’s always an “r” type sound at the end of it. =]
