Is the acne supposed to get worse before it gets better?
And about how long does it take before it starts getting better?

Some people have skin that is irritated by benzoyl peroxide. I would keep using it and if, after several weeks, it does not get better, contact your dermatologist.
It does get worse before getting better , this is how the acne cream works, it is meant to clear all acne even the unseen acne, this is why it gets worse before getting better……
well my friend you should know that acne treatments are weak acids and work by getting rid of the keratin layers of skin so the redness and irritation is normal it also take long time to see results so not quit until your doctor tells u that u can read this nice article about acne here
