    i think they have that oxy face wash at walmart, but i’m not sure. They might have it at cvs or rite aid or something too. i dont’ use it but i saw a coupon for it in the paper, lol!

    i wonder if it’s partly b/c of all the hormones and crap they prob. put in the food they feed dairy cows these days. maybe those hormones get passed on to us and then our bodies go crazy b/c they already have enough hormones from being a teenager, idk,maybe….

    It worked for me. I found out on my own.
    I’d seen dermatologists for decades. NONE of them ever suggested cutting out dairy products.
    I swear, the AMA is paid off by people to keep their mouths shut. It really makes me mad.
    AND think about this. Doctors, most of the time, don’t talk about causes, they are in the business of selling you treatments.
    Think about that. They continue to let you suffer, so you can come back over and over, they get paid for your visits, they support prescriptions..etc

    Cutting out dairy products cured my acne.
    It was amazingly simple.

    yeahh , i have the same problem . ive been batteling acne since i was 7 and im almost 15 now . && i still havent found anything that works 2 get rid of it .

    Topical treatment is one way to overcome it,but changing your diet is essential too.

    usually if the acne is persistent ( you constantly breakout even with the use of topical treatment), it’s hormonal

    I had the same problem, and I’ve been using the Ambi Fade Cream, and it’s actually worked pretty well. After about a month you can really see a difference. So I recommend that (plus it’s only like $4).

    yeah, I feel ya girl, I am still struggling with acne after 6 years and it’s coming to a slow end, but my face has paid for it with scarring, and I felt the same way when people would talk to me, I always thought they were looking/staring (and sometimes they actually were) at my acne and not listening. It’s really sad, hardly anyone understands how HARD it is living with it. Kudos to you! Thanks so much.

    Have you thought of trying scar gel? I haven’t heard of it used for acne scars, but when I worked at a Pharmacy two of the pharmacists said that it really does work on scars. It speeds up the healing process, so the skin in that area with flake a lot. Oh and they said you have to apply it a lot of times throughout the day. Anyways, I haven’t tried it yet. I still have acne, so I’m gonna work on that first. I’m hoping the products you recommended will work for my skin too. Thanks!

    Thanks so much! I have a pimple that wont go away, it has gotten smaller it just wont go away.. I’ve have it for awhile to and I have no clue what to do about it.

    you just like discribed my life, and cant stand if someone looks straight at me ,, i turn away, or distract them someother way
